- Your opportunity_ We are currently looking for a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Malpensa Airport.
- How you will contribute_
- Who you are_- 1-3 y experience in the same position gained in a very customer service focused environment- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated;- Genuine passion for luxury;- Strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity;- Excellent negotiation skills;- Customer oriented;- Entrepreneurial attitude;- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented;- Well-integrated in the social environment- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required.
