The initiatives aim to optimize critical decision-making and processes through advanced analytics, demand planning and forecasting tools, predictive algorithms, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the supply chain, replenishment, and global operations. **Job Description Summary**:
**Required Skills**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years of professional experience in BI and Analytics focusing on Supply Chain Management topics (i.e. demand planning, forecasting, or replenishment)
- Prior experience in product manufacturing or distribution companies is preferred




- Knowledge of leading tools for demand planning and supply chain optimization (e.g., O9, Logility, Sedapta)
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel)
- Knowledge of predictive algorithms applied to operational processes is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
