_La LOG.IT s.r.l.,_ società specializzata nell’integrazione dei dati e nello sviluppo di piattaforme tecnologiche, in grado di processare e rendere intellegibili i processi aziendali, seleziona **_Test Lead _**per importante cliente. **_Requisiti tecnici INDISPENSABILI:_**
- Define testing strategies to ensure the product released meets company standards.
- Identify risks and create plans to mitigate them.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of complex system architectures to design effective test strategies and drive execution.
- Develop and propose options with pros/cons and risks, working with stakeholders to finalize the best solution that meets business needs.
- Ensure the team meets the deadlines outlined in the test plans.
- Lead the team to assist, grow, and enhance test processes and skill sets.
- Mentor, motivate, and serve as a positive role model to team members.
- Create and maintain test documents in line with QA best practices.
- Assist in coordinating user acceptance documentation and testing, seeing them through to successful completion.
- Coordinate defect validation and reporting with the team, and assist developers in reproducing defects.
- Enhance processes, communicating new process ideas to the various teams involved in the project.




- Establish a strong relationship with engineering partners and align resources and infrastructure to deliver products on time and with high quality.
- Report the status of QA deliverables, including test plans, test execution, and incident reporting with relevant metrics to the Leadership Team.
- Interact with users and domain experts, build a high level of trust and credibility with these individuals, and acknowledge that our products must provide value to them. Strive to refine communication skills necessary to achieve this goal **_Sede: _**Napoli **_Cosa proponiamo:_**
