**About the role**
As a Controlling Supervisor, you will be responsible for managerial reporting (including actuals, forecasts, and budgets) and you will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions by analyzing and presenting accurate and timely financial data. You will report directly to the Finance Manager of Acma. Your responsibilities will be: - Preparing and managing monthly managerial reporting (actuals)



and overseeing forecast and budget processes.
- Analyzing variances against corporate objectives and identifying key areas of focus.
- Collaborating with other business functions to ensure an effective flow of information and accurate interpretation of financial data.
- Supporting the Finance Manager in preparing ad hoc analyses and materials for top management.
- Supporting the Finance Manager in Cash Flow Forecasting when needed. **What you need to be successful**
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 4/5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured environments.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (mandatory): strong expertise in financial and controlling modules.
- Fluent English (mandatory), both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the metalworking industry and/or project-based businesses is a plus.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus. Job Reference: CGS12185
