ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will develop and deploy global process and equipment standards to improve reliability and performance of Aero Alliance manufacturing assets. You’ll analyze data, drive standardization, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to reduce cost and enhance processes. You will introduce new technology, support asset transfers and process introductions, and coach a network of factory manufacturing engineers. Expect to work on lean‑driven improvements that deliver SQDC outcomes and foster an inclusive, continuous‑improvement culture. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDevelop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes and define global standards across Aero Alliance factories /liliEstablish and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including maintenance plans, calibrations, and spare parts strategy /liliValidate engineering specifications and ensure proper shop floor application of new processes across cross‑functional teams /liliCollaborate on development of new repair processes and qualifications with various stakeholders /liliImplement reliability improvements using FMEA and RCA methodologies /liliDesign and execute preventive/predictive programs with maintenance, operations, engineering,
