Sales Manager - Italy & Malta
Role requires travel across Italy and Malta, with occasional visits to the UK and France
As our new Sales Manager – Italy & Malta, you'll lead the commercial growth of our composites business across Italy and Malta, developing and delivering sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue, profitability and market share while strengthening our presence in key markets.
You’ll play a key role in delivering our commercial strategy, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Technical Service, Marketing and Customer Support to develop customer relationships and optimise our route to market. This is an opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with technical knowledge, helping customers identify the right solutions while driving the growth of our speciality product portfolio across the marine and industrial composites sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver sales, volume, turnover and margin targets across Italy & Malta.
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy in line with business objectives.
- Grow speciality product sales through strategic customer development.
- Manage key direct customer accounts and distributor partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimise routes to market.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven commercial experience within the composites industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of unsaturated polyester resins, gelcoats and structural adhesives.
- Experience within marine and industrial composites, including RTM and pultrusion applications.
- Track record of managing both direct customers and distributor networks.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Desirable
- French language skills (not essential)
- Experience leading strategic commercial growth across a regional territory.
