**What you'll be doing...**
- Be the go-to person for all Group Retail-related topics, reporting, and analytical activities.
- Support the Head of Retail (Strategy) with key reports, insights, and presentations to ensure effective communication across all levels.
- Foster strong relationships with Centre Retail teams to enhance business-wide communication.
- Use Retail tools to analyse performance data, ensure data accuracy, and generate actionable insights.
- Act as the first point of contact for Retail-related internal enquiries, providing credible, informed support.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to drive best practices and processes.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven experience in retail back-office support and analytical roles.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the fashion and retail sectors is desirable. **What to expect**
