About The Role

You will be accountable for:
Lead Transformation on the defined perimeter of the plant and support manufacturing excellence projects / transformational initiatives, as well as promoting digital transformation.
Ensure the proper deployment of the methodology (digital and operational excellence).
Lead the creation of implementation plans (TIP) and recommend the most appropriate processes, methods, and tools.
Know Lean Management, and apply its methodology (5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
Disseminate a culture of excellence on site (promotion of the manufacturing excellence approach, development, and deployment of training, coordination of a network of continuous improvement correspondents).
Regularly carry out planned safety rounds, audits, dialogues, and observations and integrate HSE aspects into the excellence process.
