ph3What you will do: /h3 pThe role requires 6 to 10 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with proven exposure to wind, solar and BESS projects, preferably at utility scale. The candidate should have hands-on experience across the project lifecycle, from permitting and grid connection to construction, COD and handover to Operations, with strong exposure to planning, budget control, risk management and cross-functional coordination in the Italian renewable energy sector. /p ul liManage renewable energy projects across the full lifecycle, from permitting and grid connection to construction, COD and handover to Operations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.br/Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones, budget, risks and delivery priorities. /li liOversee the grid connection process, coordinating with TSOs/DSOs and monitoring technical requirements, timelines, dependencies and risks. /li liMonitor project schedule, costs, critical path and key risks, proactively defining mitigation and corrective actions to protect time and budget targets. /li liSupport project governance, budget updates, investment decisions and readiness for construction start and COD, ensuring project assumptions remain consistent with delivery commitments. /li /ul h3Employment type: /h3 pFull-Time /p h3Work model: /h3 pHybrid /p h3What are we looking for /h3 ul liMaster Degree in Engineering /li liAt least 5 years' experience in renewable energy project management, preferably with exposure to utility-scale wind, solar and/or storage projects. /li liGood understanding of permitting processes, project delivery phases, budget control and risk management in the Italian renewable energy sector. /li liExperience in cross-functional coordination within structured and multi-disciplinary organizations is considered a plus. /li liLanguages: Italian and fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
