OverviewSoftware Engineer for Microcontroller Tool Development design, develop, and maintain Eclipse IDE Plugins, with the potential migration to newer technologies like Eclipse Theia and Visual Studio Code. You will implement, troubleshoot, and debug software tools and collaborate with the development team to ensure project success.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, development, and maintenance for Eclipse IDE PluginsSupport the design, development, and maintenance for VSCode/Eclipse Theia PluginsActively participate in troubleshooting and debugging activitiesWork closely with other developers and technical team spread around the worldYour Profile / QualificationsA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar fieldExperience in Java / TypeScript / object-oriented programming skillsGood knowledge of software design and architectural patterns (ISO/OSI architecture, microservices, UML, SysML) would be a plus, but not mandatoryExperience with version control (git)
