**Who we are looking for** **What you will work on** **Who you will work with** You will report to the Retail TA Manager South and be part of the regional retail recruiting team. The team sits in the newly formed Talent Solutions Organization. On a weekly basis, are accountable for maintaining relationships with the Head Coaches of your assigned stores along with Retail Directors. You will partner with the internal HR operations teams; People Solutions and Data Management. **What you bring** **Required**: - Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business
- Experience with Workday or any other ATS as a recruiter
- Experience in competency-based interviewing
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Experience with hiring practices and policy in Italy **Preferred**: - Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner, coaching and assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy.
- Track record of innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional abilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment
- No relocation is offered for this position_
