We're looking for an **Operations Manager** to oversee the launch and daily operations of our new bike tour and bike rental shop in **central Milan**. As the Operations Manager, you'll be the **key point of contact** for all city-specific matters, ensuring seamless bike tour and bike rental operations and top-tier customer service. You'll take charge of scheduling, staff recruitment and training, as well as optimizing operations for efficiency and profitability. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with local teams (Rome & Florence) and our global network to maintain our high standards.
