- Responsibilities
- Constantly monitor and analyse the quality of product and service as well as guest satisfaction, sales, operating costs, hygiene regulations, workplace cleanliness, productivity and creativity
- Efficient cost calculation and control of the use of goods, especially in the area of room cleaning




- Control of service processes to ensure the satisfaction of the highest guest and quality standards
- Implementing and ensuring all relevant service standards and guidelines
- Establishing and maintaining a functioning and effective communication network between the Housekeeping, Reservations, Events and Front Office departments and all associated sub-departments
- Suggest recruitment and selection, training, development and promotion of all staff working in the area of responsibility
- Conducts regular communication meetings with each department and oversees the execution of departmental meetings
- Monitoring the competition in relation to market trends
- Conducting staff meetings and appraisal interviews with directly subordinate employees and carrying out relevant training courses
- Independent control and participation in forecasts, budgets, duty and holiday plans
- Entertainment of regular and VIP guests
- Requirements
- Minimum 3 years´ work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role
- High level of interpersonal, coordination and communication skills
- Independent and quality-orientated way of working as well as planning and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confidence with Hotel Management software such as Sihot/Protel or others is preferable
- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, team
- working skills and ability to fast learning and multitasking
- Ethical approach to work
