ph3Your opportunity /h3 pThe Industrial Engineering Specialist will support the industrialization and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes for food and beverage processing equipment, with a strong focus on piping systems and CNC tube bending technologies. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pThe selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the following activities: /p ul liindustrializaton of manufacturing processes for process equipment in food beverage industry. /li liDefinition and standardization of manufacturing processes, from design to shop floor execution, for process piping. /li li3D and 2D optimization of piping design to improve bending quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. /li liCNC pipe bending programming and process optimization. /li liPreparation and optimization of cutting lists for piping components. /li liStandard work, work instruction and control plan definition for pipe bending manufacturing production. /li liTechnical support between design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure process robustness and repeatability. /li liSupportcontinuous improvement initiatives related to Productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness),
Quality, and LeadTime optimization. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pbEducation: /bbr/Master Degree in Engineering (mechanical and Industrial Engineering) or similar /p pbComputer Skills: /b /p ul liProficient in MS Office /li liSAP knowledge is a plus /li /ul pbLanguage requirements: /b /p ul liFluent English, written and spoken. /li liFrench is a plus /li /ul pbRequired experienceand skills: /b /p ul liCAD design 2D/3D skills (Solidworks is an advantage). /li liCNC programming attitude (pipe bending programming is an advantage). /li liMechanical and Electrical skills / basic knowledge. /li liLeadership and communication skills be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions. /li liAbility to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional teams. /li liProject management attitude. /li liKnowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodology. /li liProactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude. /liliStrong sense of self-motivation and determination. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
