You will analyze data, drive cross‑functional improvements, and lead standardization to reduce costs while introducing new technology and process capabilities. You’ll coach a network of factory engineers and apply lean methods to realize SQDC outcomes. /li liPartner with channels on new repair processes and qualifications /li liDevelop reliability improvement strategies using FMEA and RCA /li liCollaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety to implement preventive and predictive programs /li liDrive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality processes /li liLead investigations into failures and implement robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence /li liProvide technical support for asset management, including life cycle analysis and spare parts optimization /li liTrain local factory manufacturing engineers and deepen process/equipment expertise /li liParticipate in design and installation of new equipment ensuring reliability from the outset (Design for Reliability) /li liInterpret business challenges and share best practices to improve products, processes or services /li liUse judgment to solve complex problems and propose solutions beyond set parameters /li liLead functional teams or projects with limited resources and influence stakeholders /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li7+ years industrial manufacturing or quality experience (US) /li li5+ years in a technical role with Welding Heat Treatment (US) /li liStrong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes /li liAbility to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics /li liProject management skills and experience /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
