Syngenta Biologicals is seeking a talented and motivated Analytical Chemistry Assistant to join our Global Research team.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and development projects in line with our business goals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Execute complex analytical tests using advanced instrumentation (HPLC-MS, GC-MS, Ion chromatography, FT-IR, NIR, Elemental analyzer)
Develop and optimize analytical methods to meet research and quality control objectives
Generate comprehensive technical reports and presentations, translating data into actionable insights
Ensure optimal performance of analytical instruments through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and verification
Collaborate cross-functionally to support diverse research initiatives and solve complex analytical challenges
Maintain meticulous laboratory records and adhere to stringent quality and safety protocols
Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes and methodologies **Requirements**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology and Food (CTF), or Biotechnology
Minimum 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience in analytical chemistry
Proficiency in English,
with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in analytical technologies including SPE, QuEChERS, HPLC-MS, GC-MS, ion chromatography, FT-IR, and NIR
Familiarity with relevant software for data analysis and instrument control **Key Skills and Competencies**: - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
