We are seeking a Marine Draftsman with at least 3 years of experience in basic yacht design, primarily focused on hull structure and/or outfitting. **Responsibilities**:
The role will involve: - Designing naval structures
- Drafting and sizing basic structural elements
- Modeling and verifying the design **Requirements**: - Knowledge of 2D naval design standards/conventions, welding, etc.
- Experience in naval architecture




- Proficiency in structural sizing for class/flag standards
- Ability to independently produce classic structural documents for approval, such as the midship section, reinforcement plans, weight estimates, and complex structural drawings
- Proficiency in 3D modeling
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently
- Strong teamworking skills
- Excellent organizational skills **Contract Conditions**:
This position applies the National Collective Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Services, with a provision for 14 monthly payments.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. This job posting is open to all genders as per laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to all ages and nationalities in accordance with legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
