1 ) Application Security Specialist to support security testing activities, analyze vulnerabilities, and provide remediation guidance to development and infrastructure teams. The role will be instrumental in improving the security posture of applications and supporting the remediation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, execute, and maintain application security scans.
- Analyze findings from security scanning tools and assess risk levels.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and suppliers on remediation activities.
- Support root cause analysis of identified vulnerabilities.
- Monitor remediation progress and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Collaborate with application owners, DevOps teams, and security stakeholders.
- Contribute to security standards, best practices, and secure development initiatives.
- Produce technical reports and management summaries.
Tools & Technologies
Experience with one or more of the following tools is highly desirable:
- Polaris (SAST & SCA)
- Invicti (DAST)
- Entro (Secrets Management)
- Aqua Security (Container Security)
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Application Security, Security Engineering, or Vulnerability Management.
- Strong understanding of:
- Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
- SAST, DAST and SCA methodologies
- OWASP Top 10
- Container Security
- Secrets Management
- Ability to interpret technical findings and recommend remediation actions.
- Experience working with developers and DevOps teams.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Security certifications such as OSCP, GWAPT, CSSLP, CEH, or similar.
- Experience with Cloud Security environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD security integration.

2) Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead the delivery and governance of multiple security initiatives across a complex international IT environment.
The successful candidate will coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams, ensuring the successful execution of strategic cybersecurity programs and remediation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple cybersecurity workstreams, including:
- Vulnerability Management
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Backup & Resilience
- Security Compliance and Risk Reduction initiatives
- Act as the primary coordination point between security teams, IT teams, and external suppliers.
- Drive program governance, planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Define priorities, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies.
- Provide guidance to IT teams on cybersecurity requirements, remediation approaches, and best practices.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Produce executive-level reporting and status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of security processes and operational effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Project or Program Management within cybersecurity environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, particularly:
- Vulnerability Management
- IAM
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Security Governance
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical findings into business-oriented recommendations.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications.

3 )Vulnerability Management Specialist to coordinate and monitor vulnerability remediation activities across infrastructure and application landscapes. The candidate will work closely with IT teams and security stakeholders to ensure vulnerabilities are properly assessed, prioritized, and resolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor vulnerability remediation activities across multiple technology domains.
- Consolidate findings from infrastructure and application security scanners.
- Validate remediation plans and track progress against defined timelines.
- Support IT teams in understanding vulnerabilities, impact, and remediation requirements.
- Perform risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities.
- Escalate critical findings and overdue remediation activities.
- Prepare dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Vulnerability Management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, or Cybersecurity.
- Good understanding of:
- CVSS scoring
- Vulnerability lifecycle management
- Infrastructure and application security concepts
- Risk management practices
- Experience working with vulnerability scanning platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate remediation activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud and container security concepts.
- Security certifications such as Security+, GSEC, SC-200, or equivalent.
