We are looking for a Java Developer to join our Rome-based team and contribute to the development of scalable backend applications.You will work on internal platforms used to manage innovation and funded projects, collaborating closely with technical and consulting teams to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.What are you going to do?Your mission is to build reliable and scalable systems that support innovation processes, while bridging the gap between technical development and real business use cases in an international consulting environment.Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful APIsCollaborate with Product Owners, Technical PMs, and consultants to translate business needs into technical solutionsContribute to platforms supporting R&D project management and reportingEnsure code quality through testing, reviews,
