We seek a passionate, proactive and self‑driven member to bring change and leadership, embodying our Own It core behaviours: Zero Distance, Agility, Entrepreneurship, Ecosystem and Build Trust.Job Posting TitleTreasury Senior SpecialistWhat You Will DoLead treasury projects from initiation to post‑implementation review.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal and external banking partners.Manage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution and status reporting to senior management.Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget and quality expectations.Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, business requirements and implementation plans.Support and optimise global cash management structures and banking relationships.Monitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting and working capital initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralise treasury activities.Assist in the implementation and enhancement of cash pooling, in‑house banking, and payment factory structures.Lead Treasury Management System (TMS, Piteco, SAP) implementation and enhancement projects.Coordinate bank connectivity initiatives, including SWIFT, host‑to‑host and payment platforms.Support ERP integration projects impacting treasury processes.Drive automation and process standardisation initiatives across treasury operations.Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements,
testing plans and deployment activities.What You Need To SucceedMust HaveProven experience managing end‑to‑end treasury projects and transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of treasury processes, banking products, cash management, liquidity structures and financial risk management.Experience with Treasury Management Systems – Piteco experience is mandatory.Nice To HaveProfessional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).Soft & Technical SkillsKnowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.3‑5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting or Treasury Operations in holding structures or similar.Fluent in Italian & English; additional languages are a plus.Employment DetailsType: Permanent Contract – Full‑TimeMinimum Gross Annual Salary: €45,000National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici PrivatiBenefitsMeal ticketsSmart WorkingEqual Opportunity StatementHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
