**What you´ll do***: - Prepare and deliver seminars, in-salon trainings and technical support
- Test new products
- Manage complaints and technical hotline to customers
- Support local Education,



marketing and sales
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback and competitor information to appropriate contacts within the organization
- Provide internal product training to Sales / Education team
- Contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that generates future sales and repeated business
- Promote a strong commercial approach to educational activities **What makes you a good fit**: - Master's degree in Marketing, Economics or other related fields
- Knowledge of the hairdressing industry
- Passion for Digital, eLearning, Marketing, Training, Teaching and Customer Care
- Fluent in English, Italian is mandatory
- High analytical skills
- Strong relational and communication skills
