Interim Head of Accounting

We're partnering with a fast-scaling PE-backed business looking to hire an Interim Head of Accounting with a proven track record of integrating finance operations and accounting across multiple entities.

What you'll be doing

- Lead the transformation of the finance function, centralising five separate legal entities across two countries.
- Own the ERP integration, driving automation, centralisation, and standardisation across core finance processes.
- Oversee Finance Operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Manage the annual audit process end-to-end.
- Ensure all accounting entries are completed to support the Controller with the month-end close and budget reporting.

What we're looking for

- Strong experience leading ERP integrations and finance process transformation.
- Hands-on experience in a PE-backed environment preferred.
- Fluent in Italian and English.

Practicalities

- Start date: End of July
- Contract: Initial six-month assignment
