ppTechtronic Industries (TTI) is a world leader in cordless technology and is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Italy with a primary focus on Job Site Solution (JSS) and Field Marketing roles. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from requisition approval through to offer stage. /liliBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, providing ongoing recruitment advice and market insights. /liliDevelop and deliver effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct search to attract high‑quality candidates. /liliScreen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements, competencies, and company values. /liliCoordinate and support interviews, guiding hiring managers on structured interviewing and best‑practice assessment techniques. /liliDeliver interview skills training to hiring managers as required, supporting capability building across the business. /liliCreate, launch, and train hiring managers on interview question banks to drive consistency and quality in hiring decisions. /liliEnsure a positive, professional,



and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. /liliMaintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance within the ATS (Workday or similar systems). /liliConduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights when required to support hiring decisions. /liliSupport employer branding and early talent initiatives where needed. /liliCollaborate closely with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team members to share best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes. /li /ulh3Skills Experience /h3ulliProven experience as an in‑house recruiter or agency recruiter moving in‑house. /liliExperience recruiting sales, field‑based, or marketing roles is a plus. /liliAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliConfidence in direct sourcing and market mapping. /liliExperience working with an ATS (Workday preferred). /liliKnowledge of the Italian labour market and recruitment practices. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulpAt TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
