JOB SUMMARY The role of a Tory Burch Allocator is responsible for managing initial allocations and replenishment of the range. Working alongside key stakeholders across the business (Planning, Buying, Marketing, DC, ECOM & Store Teams) the individual will ensure that there is the right flow of stock through the business to meet target financial plans and profitability. Responsibilities include: Trading
- _ Owns weekly reporting: S&D;, store stock report_
- _ Communicates regularly with stores to address needs and stock inquiries._
- _ Manages and updates teams on OOS and expected delivery dates on all replenishable lines._
- _ Investigates stock inaccuracies and works with Senior Allocator resolve issues._
- _ Shares weekly delivery / in transit tracker with GMs & retail_
- _ Manages the weekly replenishment to DTC doors (Full Price, ECOM and Outlets)_




- _ Manages RTV communication to stores and tracks returns requested by deadline._
- _ Manages weekly replenishment builds for key promotional events across DTC doors._
- _ Prepares various store analysis to continually drive sales._
- _ Support in ad hoc analysis_
- _ Good numerical and analytical skills_
- _ Must have Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. Vlookup, Pivot)_
- _ Has previously experience using allocation systems (e.g JDA, SAP)_
- _ Has previously experience Allocation role (in luxury-fashion is a plus)_
- _ Ability to communicate effectively_
