The Installation Support is responsible for the successful planning and readiness of on site projects/activities within the ECA region. Indeed, He/she has the pivotal role of enabler for the full execution phase of our projects at customers’ site. The Installation Support is also responsible for the preparation of competitive and fit for purpose on-site activities quotations for commercial offers, supporting ECA Proposal's Team. **Your Mission**: - Site activities preparation in coordination with Installation Site Managers while ensuring that the required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are met.
- Prepare quotations for site activities for new equipments, supporting Sales and Marketing and Proposal team.
- Manage field / planning tools initiation (SPOT/FSM).
- Compile initial site activities resource requirement quantity and quality, to meet project deliverables and cost.
- Support Lump Sum bidding preparation activities (when required)
- Participate to Risk assessment site activities (pre-contracting and execution phase)
- Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values,



governance and processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvements initiative entailing new methodologies and tools adopted for a better management of site activities and quotations
- Availability to travel (up to 30% of the time) **Your Profile**:
We are looking for a tech-savvy professional with a solid understanding of software tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Office 365, and CAD. Fluency in English is essential, and a technical background will be a significant advantage. Previous field experience, such as having served as an Installation Site Manager, Service Technician, or Project Manager, will set you apart. Familiarity with MS Project and knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, Russian) will be considered a plus.
