ph3Job Description /h3 ul libFinancial Reporting /b: Support the Month-End Closing process and contribute to the consolidation of Group Financial Reporting /li libGeneral Ledger Management /b: Ensure the accuracy of general ledger activities, including fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, while proactively identifying improvement opportunities /li libCompliance Auditing /b: Ensure compliance with Italian Accounting Standards and support the review of the Accounting Manual /li libProcess Improvement /b: Support the standardization of accounting processes across the Group to foster consistent ways of working /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li4–5 years of professional experience in accounting and auditing /li liMaster’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related technical field /li liSolid experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and ideally consolidation tools /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Italian Accounting Standards /li liGood English skills, both written and spoken /li libGlobal Mindset: /b Working in an international environment /li libNature meets Design:
