**This position reports to**:
Engineering Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will execute assignments of low complexity as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. Support the development of technical expertise solutions and services. You will be mainly accountable for: - Works independently using solid competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues. - Coordinates with relevant functions for resolution of technical issues in their area of expertise. - Determines offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet low to high complexity customer requirements. - Supports technical reviews and participates in core technical meetings. Coordinate technical Support to lead level 2/3 case management for resolution of technical issues. Technical leadership and knowledge sharing. - Builds network internally and externally for exchange of information, best practices and lessons learned. - Provides support and technical advice to colleagues in specific areas of expertise.



Actively supports technical resources in specific area of expertise. - Follows available quality standards, processes, tools, and techniques. Contributes towards continuous improvements of processes and tools for engineering efficiency Risk and opportunity management - Creates and executes strategies for risk and opportunity management in one’s area of responsibility. Proposes and initiates actions to mitigate and control risks. **Qualifications for the role**: - You possess an Engineering Degree
- You have a deep knowledge of manufacturing technologies and knowledge of products and product cost.
- Few years of experience in a similar position is a plus.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, 2D/3D CAD systems.
- You like working with positive spirit, Proactivity, team working, speediness and problem solving orientation; commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects
