- Accomplish Manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, implementing process and procedures.
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, supervising progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results.
- Maintain staff by hiring, training, and developing for personal growth.
- Ensure systems and consumables are meeting the highest quality by establishing and implementing standards.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform hands on assembly, testing, and training of personnel as required.
- Participate in cross-functional projects for new products and processes.
- Drives Practical Process Improvement (PPI) thinking to assignments continuously driving improvement. **Requirements**: - Preferred University degree or a combination of technical education and experience that demonstrates the required skills.
- Consolidated experience in managing manufacturing teams in pharmaceutical environments.
- Knowledge of isolators and pre-filled syringes equipment.
- Understanding and experience with ERP systems to drive efficient and controlled Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of key technologies including vacuum, motion control, etc.
- Experience with 5S, Quality Process Control, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in improving the quality, efficiency, and cost of manufacturing.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
