**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Laboratory Setting **Position: PDS Formulation Scientist** At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Formulation Scientist to join our exceptional team. In this unique opportunity, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and finalizing formulation development and process optimization projects for both liquid and lyophilized drug products. Your expertise and contributions will play a vital role in advancing life sciences research and improving patient health. **Responsibilities**: - Draft protocols, working instructions, and reports for activities carried out in Thermo Fisher's non-GMP laboratory in Monza, including equivalent experience in lieu of a formal Draft degree.
- Assist in managing instruments and materials necessary for project execution
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients **Requirements**: - Equivalent experience in CTF, Pharmacy, or Chemistry will be considered




- Equivalent experience in Drug Delivery is considered an advantage, including a PhD.
- Knowledge of GMP
- Extensive experience in preparing solutions for injections (including dispersions and suspensions) and in the lyophilization process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Design of Experiments is beneficial
- Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry's R&D;, focusing on the development of drug products
