**Work Schedule** 7 1/2 hr shift **Environmental Conditions** Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.) **Responsibilities**: - Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure flawless operation.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain world-class production standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to determine maintenance priorities and successfully implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation strictly in compliance with company protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring it meets our ambitious operational standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians,



encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment. **Job Requirements**: - Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues from a diverse group of backgrounds.
