Job Description We are looking for a motivated, results driven and highly collaborative candidate based in Italy, with at least 1 year of experience in Sales.

Job Purpose The key function of this role is to drive profitable NSV growth of allocated Customers in the given market. The role will involve managing the operational customer relationships internally and externally, including owning the operational commercial relationships within customers.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Achieve profitable sales growth with assigned customers.
Execute customer business plans that deliver company and customer objectives through selling opportunities and negotiations.
Manage customer relationships and influence to implement solutions such as sales revenue, trade revenue optimisation, customer profitability, category growth, product range, new product launches, placement and pricing that deliver mutually beneficial results for the customer and company.
Execute all agreed solutions with the customer, including accurate, timely forecasting, detailed follow‐through and efficient trade revenue optimisation to an agreed budget.
