HI Partners is supporting the recruitment of an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven professional on behalf of an established international financial services group expanding its private wealth activities in the Italian market.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), have a strong commercial mindset, and are looking to develop their career within a dynamic and international environment.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
The Opportunity
As a Gestore Patrimoniale – Sviluppo Commerciale , you will play a key role in developing new client relationships across the Italian market. Acting as a trusted first point of contact, you will engage with affluent individuals and entrepreneurs, understand their financial objectives, and introduce them to a broad range of wealth planning and investment solutions.
Working closely with experienced specialists across investment, advisory, and client support functions,



you will contribute to delivering tailored solutions that address each client's individual needs while building long‐lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.
This position offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, making it particularly suitable for professionals who enjoy developing their own network, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the long‐term growth of an international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals throughout Italy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through professional networking, referrals, and relationship development.
Conduct consultative meetings to understand clients' financial priorities, investment objectives, and long-term goals.
Present the firm's wealth management capabilities and coordinate with internal specialists to deliver appropriate solutions.
