Experteer Overview In this role you will drive long-term partnerships with consultants and partners to promote Johnson Controls' Building Solutions. You will manage proposals, cost estimates, and technical validation to deliver total-value solutions that meet customer needs. You'll work across cross-functional teams to optimize the JC value proposition and stay competitive in the market. Responsibilities Establish ongoing partnerships with consultants and partners
Manage proposals to meet customer requirements
Prepare technically accurate and timely quotations with commercial verification
Validate assumptions from promotion meetings and develop detailed cost estimates
Prepare proposals and consultant/partner communications
Provide risk analysis for complete solutions
Understand JC offerings and applications in customer solutions
Devis e multiple offerings to meet program requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and partners

Assist in identifying specification issues and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and critical needs
Review estimates with operations and sales to secure mutual agreement
Involve estimators and PDE in developing bundled solutions with operations and sales
Own the JC value proposition to consultants and partners for total value and competitive advantage
Understand and apply knowledge of competitor products and solutions
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent
Five or more years' experience in building systems (BMS and Integrated solutions) or related processes
Strong technical subject matter expertise
Commercial acumen to establish customer partnerships
Ability to influence consultants in project decisions
Strong teamwork attitude
MS Word and Excel proficiency
Fluent Italian and English (verbal, reading, writing)
