**SHOP ASSISTANT** **Main purpose**:
The Shop Assistant carries out operations such as welcoming and pampering customers, arranging window displays, processing customer purchasing and taking care of inventory. You should also be able to identify customers' needs and recommend suitable shop items that best satisfy their needs. Strong commitment to quality and Guest care are a must. **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs;
- Build and maintain an individual and professional relationships with customers;
- Shop administration;
- Keep the shop area clean and tidy, clean shelves, counters, and tables;
- Arrange the shop window’s display;
- Carry out inventory stock according to management instructions;
- Comply with the financial objectives of the shop. **We offer**: - Seasonal contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.
