pThe program manager is the responsible of development project up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply-chain, and sales /ph3Your Mission /h3pAs Program Manager, your missions will be : /ppProject Planning and Execution /pulliDevelop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines /liliCollaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation. /liliMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track /li /ulpStakeholder Management /pulliEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation /liliConduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (eg. Sciforma) /li /ulpBudget and Resource Management /pulliDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints /liliDevelop regular outlook in compliance with company policy /liliSecure the respect of the development full-life cost /li /ulpQuality Control and Assurance /pulliMonitor and evaluate project outcomes,



aligning with stakeholders /liliSecure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity standardization ambitions /liliStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for an efficient project management /liliSecure the development and introduction of new best practices in program management through digitalization, new tools and by growing transversally across different platform /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliWith a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience; /liliProven track record in project or program management and a strong foundation in product development; /liliLadership, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders; /liliHighly organized and detail-oriented, you excel in time management and can navigate complex, fast-paced environments with ease; /liliYou bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving, demonstrating adaptability in the face of ambiguity and shifting priorities; /liliComfortable managing multiple projects across different sites and platforms, you are also open to travel as needed; /liliYou are proficient in project management tools (preferably Sciforma) and have strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI.
