- Drive the maturation of organizational competencies within execution for the projects. **Global team management and development**: - Lead and manage the team of planners and schedulers, setting direction and optimizing resource use.
- Manage day-to-day operations, set goals, and develop competencies within the team through coaching and training. **Development and implementation of Best Practices**: - Drive the development and implementation of execution and controls best practices and standards.
- Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve controls practices. **Continuous improvement projects**: - Define and drive continuous improvement projects within the Project Control.
