- Oversee the day-to-day management of luxury apartments, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair services.
- Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure all units are immaculate and guest-ready.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
