**Role Purpose**
- The Functional Architect is responsible for the design of the functional architecture of the Anaplan, maintaining this architecture overtime as well as reviewing future developments in cooperation with IT&S; teams, Digital portfolios teams and other Business stakeholders.
- He / She will be the Design Authority for any new requested changes on the Anaplan solutions and ensure architecture alignment with Anaplan and roadmap.
- The Anaplan Solution Architect will also be responsible for providing design solutions and options to best answer Business requirements. **Role Responsibilities**
- Represent the Design Authority for any changes impacting Anaplan solution.
- Work closely with Digital Solution Leads and Business stakeholders to understand their requirements and processes, and to identify areas where the Anaplan can provide value.
- Propose business processes standardization and optimization within and across business functions, in alignment with the corresponding GPO (Global Process Owners).
- Lead the architecture and design of comprehensive Anaplan solutions that meet the needs of the organization, following standards of performance and reliability incorporating Anaplan (industry) Best practices.
- Work with Digital Solution Leads, Project Managers and Technical teams to ensure that the changes in Anaplan are implemented successfully and as per Design.
- Build and configure Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and data integration designs to ensure seamless integration with existing system
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior model builders and other team members including business teams.
- Monitor the performance of Anaplan, conduct regular reviews of Anaplan models to identify and implement performance improvements.




- Build and Maintain overview and detailed mapping of business processes, functionalities, and data within the perimeter of Anaplan
- Collaborate with IT&S; and Digital Teams to ensure alignment with global company standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Anaplan and incorporate them into the organization's software solutions as appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining relationships with Anaplan and implementation partners.
- Contribute to Budget definition. **EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification: Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (preferrable) - Model Builder Level 2 (minimum) **EXPERIENCE**
- 8+ years of experience in delivering EPM Solutions or IT projects with at least 5 years of experience on Anaplan Platform.
- Proven experience as an EPM Solution Architect (Anaplan is preferred), with a strong background in designing and implementing software solutions.
- Proficiency in EPM or Anaplan model building, including complex multi-dimensional models, data integration using APIs, and model optimization.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, HR and supply chain processes and the ability to translate them into Anaplan solutions.
- Experience with Anaplan's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and UX is a plus.
- Experience working with vendors and third-party providers to integrate software solutions
- Knowledge in Scrum Agile methodologies is an added advantage
- Ability to lead through collaboration with effective stakeholder management
