Responsibilities
• You are responsible for expanding and developing our specialist dealer network
• You acquire new retail partners
• You implement sales campaigns and related reporting
• You promote and strengthen our brand portfolio
• Ensure brand-compliant product presentation and adherence to retail standards
• Market observation and competitive analysis
• Participation in trade fairs and events
Requirements
• Commercial or technical training/education
• Enthusiasm for bicycles and cycling-related products
• Ideally, you already have experience in field sales
• Knowledge of the bicycle industry is an advantage
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills and closing ability
• High willingness to travel, including overnight stays, and flexibility
• Team player, reliable and highly self-motivated
• Proficiency in common office software and modern communication tools
