And we also believe that always looking for new challenges and going beyond what is due is the right attitude to always do better. **Overall Purpose** The Finance Specialist will update accounting records of We Are Social (Italy) so that to reflect a truthful and fair financial results and position of the company and meaningful interpretation of financial results can be arrived at. **Specific Content of your Role**
- Support the Finance Manager with daily updating of financial transactions
- Updating of general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and fixed assets register
- Updating Accounts Receivables - Assisting in issuing invoices, updating of payment from clients. Assist in debtor collection
- Maintaining Accounts Payables - Input of supplier's invoices.
- List expected payment to suppliers on a weekly basis, issuing payments to suppliers for invoices due and updating of payment details.
- Assisting in P&L; reporting and analysis
- Organise financial documents filing for easy retrieval of documents
- Address any other ad-hoc finance/account-related ad-hoc projects assigned **Key Areas of Competence**
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and work under pressure
- Ability to work with people across different departments **Requirements**: - Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive working attitude
- Able to communicate in a concise way
