What you’ll do:
- Join the Digital, Data & AI team within the Flutter International Group, with a particular focus on the Southern Europe & Africa division (including brands such as Sisal, Snai, and PokerStars), reporting directly into the Director of Digital, Data & AI.- Lead the Innovation Lab, a strategic capability designed to explore emerging technologies, test new ideas, and accelerate innovation across the business.- Have the opportunity to be involved in defining and executing the innovation roadmap, driving experimentation in AI, Web 3.0, Metaverse, AR, VR, emerging technologies.- Drive the adoption of substainable technologies- Lead the production of patents and Intellectual properties- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations to pilot and scale innovative solutions. What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in leading innovation teams, labs, or digital transformation initiatives in complex or matrixed organizations.- A degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management,
or related disciplines.- Previous experience in managing end-to-end innovation processes — from ideation to prototyping and piloting.-
- Ability to connect strategy with execution, managing multiple stakeholders and driving business impact through innovation.- Strong leadership, storytelling, and facilitation skills, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
