- Verifying/checking drivers’ activity and trucks position;
- Informing drivers about transport details (loading/unloading, goods etc);
- Informing the customer service department and customers about the planning in case of emergencies;
- Instructing carriers with necessary (changed) data;
- Calculating driving hours, working hours, rest and distance according to the Driving Hours Act and complying with this Act;
- Provision of administrative processing in the system;
- Checking derouting;
- Proactively sharing insight and needs about operational issues. **Who are we looking for?**: - Communicative talent;
- Fluent English speaker;
- Organized person with a strong motivation to work in transports;
- Proactive and solution-oriented;
- Quickly understand data and distinguish between important and less important information;
- Flexible in switching between different tasks;
- Handy with technical systems and quickly mastering working methods;
- Several years of work experience in transports is a plus;
- Up-to-date geographical knowledge and command of English is an advantage.
