**Salary**: €45.000-€55.000 RAL (based on experience) **About the Role** We’re looking for a motivated **Technical Coordinator** to oversee the technical operations of our Italian branch. This key role bridges the daily coordination of our service and field teams with the headquarters in Geneva, working closely with R&D;, Product Management, and After-Sales to ensure operational excellence. **Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate a local team of 4 technicians
- Manage technical partner networks across Italy
- Align daily activities with HQ teams (Product, R&D;, After-Sales)
- Organize and monitor field interventions and support
- Support hardware/software installation and after-sales service
- Report technical KPIs to the Branch Director
- Participate in customizations and product integration feedback loops **What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in technical coordination or advanced field support




- Experience with embedded systems, automation, and cloud-connected platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Fluent i in English (especially for meetings) or French
- Familiarity with ERP or ticketing systems **Nice to Have**
- Experience in parking, mobility, or automation systems
- Background in cross-functional communication with HQ/R&D; teams
- Skills in cloud-based digital platforms or mobile service apps Ready to take ownership and grow in a dynamic technical environment?
