Job Description Your opportunity You will join the Corporate Events Team and support in the organization and coordination of Corporate, Sales and Special Events. How you will contribute
- Presence and support during the executive phase of the event: set-up, live, dismantling
- Support in managing client logistics before, during and after the event
- Support in managing the client agenda during Sales Events: welcoming clients and monitoring appointments
- Preparation of materials for the event
- Mapping of event costs in SAP (RdA, migo), as instructed by your manager
- Support in preparing event organization and post-event presentations
- Support in managing supplier invoices:
sharing with Finance team and archiving
- Support in the organization of any ad hoc events Who you are
- Degree in Marketing or similar
- An English and Italian fluent speaker
- With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
- Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
- Strong network of contacts and suppliers
- A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
