Are you a fresh graduate in Economics, Law, Humanities or related fields? Do you want to be a part of a Global Group? **THIS IS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU!** You will support the HR Business Partner and you will be involved in the following activities: - Support all key HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Organization and Budgeting) and prepare reports/dashboards as needed;
- Support the HR Business Partner in people life cycle management by also ensuring the correct preparation of the relevant documentation;
- Develop professional relationships and credibility with the Head of Functions and other internal clients. **Required profile**: - Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or similar fields;
- Erasmus or exchange experiences is a plus, as well as internships or Master in the Digital-Human Resources field;
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value;
- Responsibility and precision for details;
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication/mediation skills;
- Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment. **Workplace**: Castellanza (VA)
