Yellowsquare is looking for a **Cook** for its Hostel in **Roma.** If you are a passionate Cook with relevant experience, we would love to hear from you. **Cook tasks**: - Prepare and serve hot and cold dishes;
- Operate kitchen equipment;
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment;
- Stock inventory according to storage requirements;
- Dismantle and clean machinery as needed;
- **Host cooking classes**for our international guests, who visit Italy eager to immerse themselves in Italian culture and cuisine. These classes focus on teaching them how to prepare homemade pasta from scratch. The sessions will be conducted in English to ensure everyone can fully enjoy and participate in the experience. **Desired Requirements**: - Previous experience in similar role, at least 1 year experience
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and to follow procedures;
- **Flexibility**: working time and hours; our Kitchen is open from 7 am to midnight. Shifts are split and run either from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or from 5:00 PM to midnight. There are no fixed shifts; every Friday, the roster is published, showing the new shifts for the upcoming week and the assigned days off.
- Experience in high intensity kitchen work;
- Knowledge of English and Italian;




We offer a salary commensurate with experience, initial **Full-time o Part-time** fixed-term contract from Monday to Sunday. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo parziale, Tempo determinato
