We are Amber Garden, a modern Asian restaurant in Amstelveen Netherlands, is seeking 4 independently working cooks. **Responsibilities**: - Preparing ingredients;
- Application of basic cooking techniques;
- Provides input for the composition and modification of menus, maps and methods;
- Responsible for stock and order management;
- Professionally managing auxiliary staff;
- Working with a professional supervisor. Job Requirements: - Advanced cook training cook diploma (MBO 3 kok diploma) ;
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
- Knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu. Salary Benefits: - Competitive salary: A gross monthly salary of €2,900 (Salary increases based on work performance)
