The Global Planning Manager at Sidel orchestrates execution across plants to ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, while simultaneously optimizing absorption and asset utilization. **Your Mission**:
The Global Planning Manager: - Provides production plans to plants that optimize resource utilization while meeting the requested End of Packing (EoP) dates.
- Monitors the execution of the production plan to ensure alignment with targets and timelines.
- Provides long-term visibility on volumes and activities to support strategic planning.
- Evaluates production absorption in collaboration with plant teams and support actions to improve efficiency.
- Monitors and support the activities of Plant Scheduling Managers and Production Managers.
- Ensures a balanced Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory in line with productivity targets. **Your Profile**: - Master’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Planning, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
