- Collaborate with the production team and supporting functions to effectively manage the deviation management process.
- Take proactive steps to enhance and improve daily governance within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of local procedures and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Actively monitor and drive the growth of continuous improvement capabilities within the assigned team.
- Assist in the development and utilization of relevant business performance indicators to optimize process management.
- Develop expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives that promote best practices, knowledge sharing, effective collaboration, and synergies across the manufacturing group. **What will you learn?**

- participation in governance meetings;
- preparation of presentations for governance meetings;
- collaboration in the implementation of the performance management system in the production areas.
