Starting from evaluating technology trends, you should facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up the engine of our business. You will work in an international context, in a team of engineers with different skill set, interfacing stakeholders and with responsibility on deliverables. It is essential that you are a focused person with excellent communication skills and a personal drive to achieve project goals. **What we expect from you**: - MSc or PhD in Electronics, Automation, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in hardware design, preferably in automotive or mobility sectors
- Strong knowledge of digital electronics (analog is a plus)
- Experience with lab instrumentation and debugging techniques
- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development is a plus
- Knowledge of LIN and CAN communication protocols
- Proficiency with the following tools and environments: - OrCAD Allegro, Capture CIS, CAM350, CamCad, Altium, Protel
- PSpice, LabVIEW, Keysight ADS
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Programming experience in C++ and Java
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
